VP/General Manager - North America
Our client, a leading manufacturer of Audiovisual devices is seeking an experienced VP/GM to lead and manage the growth of their North America business unit.
Regular In-Person presence at the Orange County, CA office location is Mandatory and Non-negotiable. Fully remote or WFH is NOT available for this position.

Scope of Role
Working in partnership with the global HQ team, The VP/GM will be responsible for all aspects of the NA business UNIT, including:
Responsibilities:
Experience, Education and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience working for a technology or device vendor in the audiovisual, AV/IT or “ProAV” technology market.
Business-to-Business sales expertise: Lead generation, inside sales, marketing, partner recruitment, onboarding and enablement. CRM, E-Commere and Order fulfillment expertise.
Growth experience: a clear track record of delivering consistent revenue and margin growth in a competitive setting.
