Project Manager - Technology Recruiting

Our firm is looking for a Project Manager to focus on recruiting operations and marketing projects. 

This is a part-time role which will grow into full-time for the right person. 

Strong preference for current Mid-Hudson Valley NYS resident.  Please will be partial-WFH.

This role will focus on the optimization of recruiting process and operations, including our technical stack, integrations, automations, content marketing, recruiting and client partnerships and other efforts to modernize in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include,  but are not limited to:

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM)
Marketing Content: Creation, distribution, refreshing, repurposing, updating.
Job Board Management
Integrations, Automations, Template and playbook development.
Assist recruiters on search projects:
Focus Job Descriptions, Define conditions of satisfaction for hire.
Optimize hiring process with clients for quality and speed of hire.
Build Target Candidates, keywords and employers list.
Keep current with industry and technology trends and developments.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s, Associate’s or equivalent experience preferred.

1-3 years in a customer-facing role:  sales, fundraising, customer service, retail helpful.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Curious, takes the initiative, action-oriented, competitive.

Working knowledge of internet search engines, social networks, word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and email packages essential.

Written communications skills essential for sales communications (emails, updates) and Marketing communications (job listings, marketing content, blogging, social posts)
