Our client, a provider of security products, is seeking a Inside Sales Rep to handle inbound and outbound telesales of its software products.
Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role for the Sales organization. The Inside Sales Rep builds pipeline through prospecting and lead qualifications, creates proposals and bids, lead WebEx presentations, generate and close sales opportunities. This position is aligned with the regional sales manager and reports to Inside Sales Manager.
Proactively cold-call target prospects, leads and identify business requirements, projects, decision makers, timeline and create interest in our client’ s solutions and services.
Develop leads into qualified prospects by communicating our client’ s value proposition.
Setup meetings, demonstrations and WebEx presentations. Respond to bids, request for information and generate proposals, quotes.
Maintain accurate prospect information and record activity through the utilization of CRM tool. Assist and support regional sales team
1-3 years inside sales role, ideally with high tech, and/or enterprise software or services.
Must be outgoing, motivated, and persuasive.
Experienced in consultative sale or solutions selling. Skilled and tenacious at outbound calling, hunting, environment with a proven track record achieving sales and business goals. Successful track record communicating sophisticated concepts with senior executives Strong organizational and time management skills. Hands on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills required.
4 year degree, Bachelor’ s or equivalent experience
Marketing concepts experience or internet marketing background is a major plus.
